# Account usage

What the application reports about usage and which billing and export controls remain unavailable.

<!-- https://docs.crusible.dev/reference/account-usage/ · doctype: reference · role: both · reviewed: pending human review -->

The application does not provide an account-wide usage report yet.
**Credits and billing** has no period selector, metered totals, invoices or payment controls.
Preview examples do not establish your account’s usage.

## Quantities and reporting limits

| Quantity | What you can establish |
| --- | --- |
| Compute allocation | A sandbox’s size describes its allocated CPU, memory and disk capacity. Allocation is not measured consumption. |
| Compute utilisation | No account-wide time series or billing-period total is available in settings. |
| Model tokens | No account-wide token total or input/output token breakdown is available in settings. |
| Seats | Directory lists members and invitations. It does not show a purchased seat allowance or remaining-seat meter. |
| Storage | Allocated sandbox disk capacity is not an account storage-usage total. Settings has no account-wide storage meter. |
| Reporting period | No account-wide usage period, comparison period or reset date is available. |
| Export | No account-wide usage CSV download or workspace data export control is available in settings. |

A capacity figure describes a particular sandbox, not a charge or plan allowance.
CPU capacity uses vCPUs. Memory and disk capacity use the units displayed beside their values.
A value’s label and unit describe its scope; machine size does not establish monthly consumption.
A missing figure does not establish zero usage.

## Directory export

Directory’s **Export** control downloads `directory.csv` for the current filtered rows.
The file contains names, identifiers and statuses. It excludes usage totals, invoices and conversation content.
A filtered export represents those rows, not the organisation’s full record.

## Access and billing

Directory visibility and invitation management require separate permissions.
Billing permission opens **Credits and billing**, but does not add reporting or payment controls to that page.
A member count alone does not establish a billable seat count, a price or an invoice amount.

There are no documented self-service controls for changing a plan, buying credits, managing a payment method or downloading an invoice.
Your organisation owner can clarify existing commercial arrangements. Missing controls do not establish a failed payment.
The documentation does not yet provide a verified billing-support destination.
